About Lavish Coffee Bar

Lavish Coffee Bar Restaurant is one of those places you stumble into once and immediately want to tell friends about, especially if you love relaxed coffee shop energy with a strong local feel. Located at 209 19th St E, Jasper, AL 35501, United States, Lavish Coffee Bar blends comfort, caffeine, and community in a way that feels natural rather than forced. When I introduce people to Lavish Coffee Bar, I usually start with the vibe, because it sets the tone right away: cozy, welcoming, and refreshingly unpretentious, the kind of spot where you can ease into your morning or hang out well past sunset without feeling rushed. The coffee takes center stage here, and it shows, with carefully prepared drinks that work just as well for a quick stop as they do for a slow, laid-back visit. At the same time, the offerings stay flexible, mixing in quick bite options and late-night food that make it easy to pop in after hours without committing to anything formal. What really stands out is how adaptable the experience feels overall, since you can choose to dine in, grab takeaway, or enjoy outdoor seating when the weather is right. Delivery options add another layer of convenience, especially on busy days when comfort matters. The space itself works equally well for solo coffee breaks, casual catch-ups, or quiet work sessions, and that balance makes the coffee shop feel approachable rather than trendy for the sake of it. On-site service flows smoothly, choices are simple, and the atmosphere encourages you to slow down just enough to enjoy what’s in front of you. Lavish Coffee Bar fits naturally into the Jasper scene by offering quality coffee, easygoing service, and a relaxed setting that feels familiar from the first visit.

small and quaint coffee shop with a big array of syrups to choose from. i had to stop myself from grabbing one of the many delicious pastries and parfaits, not to mention the very friendly staff. i’d give it a 10 star rating if that were possible (:

Ms. Lavish did her thing ! Will def be coming back. The two girls in the front at the coffee bar were absolute sweethearts and will work with you if you’re new to here and never had it !

I had such a mixed experience here yesterday. My first impression was that the décor is super cute and cozy. I saw the pics on previous reviews and was already impressed. They have three different seating areas, all with soft, comfortable seating options and size-inclusive seating, as well. The front seating area is the smallest. I chose the back room seating area which is set up like a home living room with a couch. My only disappointment with that seating area is that it has a TV that was set to a sport station. I also sat in the outside seating area for a bit which is the largest of the three. It's covered, which is lovely for the summer, but also handy since it was raining when I visited. The AC unit is rather loud but otherwise it's perfect out there! I noticed a no smoking sign out there, too, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when I walked up to the register, the middle-aged cashier just stared at me silently. I had to initiate conversation. I asked if they had any blended drinks and was met with a continued blank stare. After a few interactions with the two baristas behind her, I was informed that any of their drinks are available frozen, which is their term for a blended coffee or a frappucino/frappé. I placed my order for a caramel Pecan drink and then was asked if I wanted whipped cream. I asked if it was dairy-based because I don't like non-dairy whipped cream and could see that the cashier was visibly annoyed at my question so I politely joked, "I'm asking you all the hard questions today, aren't I?" A perfect opportunity for a little customer service finesse was lost as she responded with an eye roll, "Yes, you are." My drink was made instantly by another barista. The drink was good but it did have a faint flavor of banana, for some reason. Maybe the blender wasn't rinsed enough after making someone else a smoothie? Anyway, the entire interaction with the cashier was made without a single smile, which I found odd and off-putting for a Southern establishment. I don't know if maybe it was her first day or she was just having a bad day, but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I asked to use the restroom and was directed through the attached clothing boutique, which I also found a little odd. The shop is very cute, while overpriced. I noticed some Biblical references posted around the shop. Worth mentioning, I thought. I was delighted to find out that they have a well stocked Little Free Library out front!!

This coffee is amazing. I got the large cold brew, add two shots of espresso, add almond milk, and added sugar free vanilla flavor. They were very patient with me as of course I asked every question I could. They also have great cookies.

Cute coffee shop in Jasper. I want to come back and check-out the Lavish boutique another time. The Christmas sweaters and sweatshirts looked super cute!

Really glad I stopped in. The two young ladies helping me were extremely friendly and I enjoyed my large cold brew with honey. I detoured off the highway to give lavish coffee bar a try and I am glad I did. If you are traveling through the area And like coffee, make sure you stop here.

A posh coffee shop is something that Jasper has needed for quite some time. I haven't been here in 15 years and this place was refreshing as it reminded me of a place I frequented back in Colorado. The service was quick and the people were incredibly friendly. I had an almond milk latte and it was exactly what I wanted.
